Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, report it within 24 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund the line.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
How refunds are paid
Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to bKash; bKash orders are refunded to the paying wallet within 3 working days.
